The Hamilton diner who has sampled every Love Bite
Foodie Kym Moore loves Hamilton’s hospitality scene – so much so, she’s sampled every Love Bite on offer from participating central city eateries.
For the entire month of August, 32 CBD restaurants, cafés, and bars are offering nibbles for Love the Centre’s Love Bites campaign. With less than a week to go, the initiative has proved so popular with eateries and diners that it’s set to become a mainstay of Hamilton’s culinary calendar.
After setting out to try as many bites as possible, Moore has tried every dish on offer – some more than once.
She believed part of what made Love Bites special was getting to support eateries she knew and loved alongside new spots she hadn’t tried.
“There’s an opportunity to step inside the door of places where you haven’t been before and to give it a crack,” she said.
“If you have a good time there, then you’re most certainly going to pop back.”
There had been plenty of memorable bites, she said.
“I keep sort of coming back to the lobster roll at Keystone [Bar and Eatery]. That was really surprising and just delicious.”
