Union Square’s Building B set to welcome in new tenants

Union Square’s Building B is complete and ready to welcome a raft of new businesses into the CBD.

It’s the fourth of six buildings planned for the inner city development and features 2280m² of office space over three floors alongside retail offerings on the ground floor.

Fosters Development chief executive Rhys Harvey said now construction was complete, the occupants would be moving into the building starting in late November once they’d completed internal fit-outs.

“I’m aiming to have everybody in here working by mid February, including the office tenants.”
