New development adds to Hamilton’s medical precinct
A new four-storey healthcare and commercial development will be the latest addition to Hamilton’s growing medical precinct.
It’ll sit on a site that used to be a Z service station, almost opposite the city’s courthouse.
Developers Livingstone Building were given the green light for 121 Anglesea St by Hamilton City Council in November last year.
The development will house new health clinics, a café, and office spaces across four levels, according to the resource consent. The approved plans show a heavy focus on healthcare, with a skin clinic, physio, orthopaedic clinic, and GP office earmarked.
