The Hamilton Hotel, one of the newest and most prominent additions to the city’s food scene, is thriving.
Hamilton Hotel general manager and co-owner Jonathan Knapp described the past few months since opening in November as a “whirlwind”.
“We simultaneously opened this while moving Wonder Horse (bar) and into the new space and Four Daughters (eatery) upstairs, so it was an interesting couple of weeks trying to get on top of that, but it’s been great. Particularly once the theatre opened and we started having shows, it felt a bit more put together.
