From a sculpted flagship store on Barton Street, racket designs considered clothing for modern life. Alongside N-E-S, with more than a quarter century of New Zealand-made heritage, they’ve created a home where statement pieces sit beside elevated everyday essentials, clothing designed to be worn and loved for years, rather than seasons.

The space feels more design studio than traditional shop, with a monumental stone counter, brushed steel details, floating timber shelves and hints of racket’s electric blue throughout. It’s somewhere you’re encouraged to linger, try things on, ask for advice and leave carrying a newfound sense of quiet confidence.

At its heart is racket’s own collection of wearable staples, modern tailoring, considered knitwear and statement pieces. Founder Kate Harris created racket to reflect how women dress today, pieces that move effortlessly from Monday morning to Friday night, without compromising quality or style.

Proudly designed and made in New Zealand, racket brings a slower, more considered approach to fashion. From their home in the heart of Kirikiriroa, the focus is simple: create beautiful, lasting garments and relationships from a space worth returning to, season after season.
