Indian Chimney opened in May offering authentic Indian cuisine and spices.

• A Veg Platter – delicious assortment of tandoor-grilled vegetarian delights like paneer tikka, hara bhara kebab, stuffed mushrooms, and more, served with dips and chutneys.
• Chicken Tikka – tender pieces of boneless chicken marinated in yogurt and spices, grilled or roasted to smoky perfection, often served with chutney.
• Tandoori Chicken – flavorful Indian dish where chicken is marinated in yogurt and spices, then cooked in a traditional clay oven called a tandoor for a smoky, charred taste.
