Greenstone Creek is served in fewer than 15 restaurants across New Zealand. All four chefs participating in this dinner are among the small group of chefs who regularly feature the brand on their menus, making this collaboration a rare gathering of chefs connected by their appreciation for exceptional New Zealand beef.
